The University of Southern California has a new graduation rate from July of this year in the 5th-6th grade. According to this report, the school’s graduation rate increased from a 7% decrease in 2012, to an 8.1% increase in 2013. We have to be happy about this increase because it shows that we are moving in the right direction.
