It’s not just that there are three “levels” of self-awareness; it is that we are not aware of all three. While the top two levels that we are aware of are the top two levels of Self-Awareness, the bottom two levels of Self-Awareness are also there for us.

To get to the bottom levels, we need to go through levels of Self-Awareness. Which means we need to become aware of all three levels of Self-Awareness. Which means that we need to do a deep dive in Self-Awareness. Which means that we need to become more aware of the bottom two levels of Self-Awareness, which in turn means we need to become aware of the top two levels of Self-Awareness.

There is nothing to “get to” on the bottom levels of Self-Awareness.

We are constantly reminded that we are all on this “autopilot” level of Self-Awareness. This is a very familiar image. In fact, it’s often hard to even think about this level of Self-Awareness, much less remember that we are on the autopilot level. One of the best ways for us to remember that we are on autopilot is to get to the top two levels of Self-Awareness.

In the first level of Self-Awareness, we’re getting pretty good at remembering that we’re on autopilot. It’s a fun game to play. It’s all about remembering we’re on autopilot. We are constantly reminded that this level of Self-Awareness is our default level of autopilot.

In the second level of Self-Awareness, we are getting very good at remembering that, for example, we are not making any mistakes. The difference between the first and the second level of Self-Awareness is that we are still on autopilot, but the autopilot is only on autopilot for a short time.

For the first level, the autopilot is the autopilot of Self-Awareness. In the second level, the autopilot is the autopilot of Self-Awareness.

The second level of Self-Awareness is the level of autopilot we are in when we don’t recognize how we are doing everything all the time. That is why it is important to train ourselves to recognize when we are on autopilot.
