The thing about this is that it’s all about comfort. The more comfortable you feel, the more you’re not going to be able to relax and think about what’s going on around you.

Now in order to avoid looking, to not look high, you have to be aware of the effect that it has on your self-awareness. You have to be aware of the feelings you get by looking at something. You have to be aware that the fact that you’re looking at something has a powerful effect on you. The effect is a feeling of awe (and a bit of a jolt, if you’re not careful).

The feeling of awe is a powerful feeling. It can definitely make you want to stop watching something because it’s an awe inducing thing. It might also give you another layer of self-awareness. If you’re already aware of the effect on you, you may think you have to stop looking to avoid being affected so you can feel aware of the effect. But you might be missing the important point that you’re actually affecting how you perceive the world around you.
