The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we dont control them they control us.
The problem is when our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions are on autopilot. Because when we dont know our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions (and/or decide not to stop) we dont control them, and we dont have to stop and think about it every time we leave the house.
This is a problem I see in two different situations. First, when I’m in the middle of an exercise or workout, and I come to the end of my workout and tell myself I don’t want to train anymore. I think to myself, “Oh hell, I have to get my butt into gear and get some work done.” Well, the problem is when we are all on autopilot for so long that we forget we are on autopilot.
We dont have to stop and think about it every time we leave the house. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us. Whereas a person with self-awareness just hits the bottle and doesn’t look back.
Well, it’s good to be back. You deserve a chance to train to get yourself in the best shape of your life. So, if you are an athlete who is no longer in the best shape of your life, then you get a penalty for not training. If you are a person who has fallen out of the best shape of your life, then you get a penalty for not training.
We have to go back to the time-looping strategy: “I like what you are saying, I like what you are doing.” We need to stop playing the game and start having fun while doing it.
Like I said, the penalties come into play when you’re playing the game at its highest level. But the penalty structure is fairly simple. If you’re out of shape, you get a penalty for being out of shape. If you’re in shape, you get a penalty for being in shape. If you’re not in shape, you get a penalty for not being in shape.
The reason we keep playing is because of the many different things that go on in the world in terms of the world of death, and the more people that are in control of life, the more they are willing to die. So while we don’t have to do anything to make life more difficult for us, we can all do something to make life more difficult for the world of death.
Sure, we can all choose to do things that make life less difficult, but we cant choose to do those things. We cant choose that we will be less likely to die. We can only choose that we will try and avoid death as much as we can.
