I am not a person who is self-conscious, but I do tend to be so in the workplace that I feel like I should be. I am aware of how I feel, and I know how I look.

This is the self-awareness of a person who is in a good state of mind. When I have a bad day, it helps me to recognize how I feel, but when I am in a good mood and relaxed I don’t really care.
I can see why you are thinking, “I would love to be in a good mood and feel like I am in a good mood” at some point. I would just as soon be in a good mood and feel good about what I am doing in my life.
I think a lot of the time people are in a bad state of mind, because we are trying to act in a way that is not what we know we want to be doing. We might be in a bad mood because we are sad, or angry, or bored, or annoyed, or frustrated, or hungry, or hungry, or tired, or stressed, or stressed, or stressed, or stressed.

Stress is something that happens to people, and it can happen because of something that happened to them, but we still tend to think of it as an “either-or.
